Unicorn decals for Cancer – Placing inappropriate decals on our cars for Cancer Research UK because of the good work they do
As a result of a bit of banter on Boxa.net we had decided upon a challenge between the three of us to help raise some money for Cancer Research…and have a bit of fun in doing so.
In essence each of us placed a Unicorn decal of the other’s choosing on our Porsche Boxsters for a minimum 2 week period (completely not in keeping with the Porsche brand!)
Each of us will chose the most unsuitable decal (or decals 😉 ) for the other just to make it a little more unpredictable…
We each donated and invited others to join us in our fun and donate too 🙂
Cancer touches us all in some shape or form, whether it be personally or via someone we know, family friends or colleagues etc.

The Gallery below shows some of the many pictures taken, the latter ones show my car returned to it non-adorned glory (I was worried at one point thinking I’d removed the top coat of paint when removing the unicorn…luckily a bit of ‘tardis’ removed what was only the slef adhesive from the sticker, and not what looked like paint primer).
Anywya we raised £1635.00 at last count, the charity raising running from Dec 2018 to late November 2019 (psst I’ve only just taken the stickers off….do’t think the others have yet 😉 )
